Martina Ucnikova

With over a decade of experience operating at senior levels in both the public and private sectors, Martina Ucnikova is passionate about advocating for positive outcomes that best serve Australian communities, particularly women. Martina currently serves as an Adviser to the Hon. Patrick Gorman MP, Assistant Minister to Prime Minister and Assistant Minister for the Public Service. She is also a Co-Founder and Co-Chair of She Runs, a non-profit organisation that has mentored nearly 100 women to pursue careers in politics over the past four years.

Martina's impactful leadership is evident in her previous roles as Head of Strategic Impact at Walk Free, addressing modern slavery globally, and as Adviser at Minderoo, Australasia's leading philanthropic organisation. Martina holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Western Australia and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. She has lectured in international relations and politics at various Western Australian universities, with her research published in academic journals.

Martina Ucnikova brings a wealth of expertise in government relations, policy, communications, and people management, coupled with a deep dedication to creating a lasting and positive impact.
