Diversity Focus was founded with a vision to create a more just, equitable, and inclusive world. Driven by a strong social mission, our core belief is that through consciousness raising, we can inspire positive change in beliefs, attitudes and behaviours.

Our commitment lies in transforming cultures that perpetuate inequity and exclusion in workplaces and communities. We know that transforming workplace cultures translates to positive individual and collective outcomes. We see this as an imperative for every organisation.

Established by Elizabeth Lang, Diversity Focus is dedicated to empowering workplaces to establish more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments that nurture a sense of belonging. Our extensive range of services, including research, consulting and training allows us to bring this mission to fruition.
