The Awareness, Respect, and Change (ARC) Program is a primary prevention and response initiative by DART and provides a tiered approach to support businesses and organisations to implement and embed respectful and healthy relationships within their community.  Utilising 5 key pillars for effective change, the ARC Program teaches us all how to be champions in the prevention of sexual harassment, family violence and unhealthy behaviours.

The ARC Program aligns with national competency and meets recommendations for training and education on sexual harassment through the Enough is Enough and Respect@Work Reports and has been developed by family domestic and sexual violence specialists in WA.
